Art Explosion Studios will be holding its 12th Annual Spring Open Studios on March 23rd thru 25th. Come see over 140 artists as they exhibit their work from their studios. Painters, sculptures, photographers, fashion designers, jewelers and textile artists will be showing. Please come and support original local artists, expand your art collection and find great deals. The opening reception gala will be on Friday, March 23rd from 7-11pm. On Sat & Sun we will have open studios from 12 – 5pm. As always, Free Admission and Free Refreshments.

In the online galleries you can view the artists work and contact them directly if you are interested in arranging a visit to see the art in person at the studio. About Me	E-mail: oanaart@gmail.com Location: 17th Street Studios, #114 2425 17th Street, San Francisco (at Potrero) Details and different perspectives intrigue me. Nature, older buildings, and letters influence my work. Taking recognizable items and imagery, I enjoy altering the original subject matter to make it more abstract. The end result is a piece that is presented in a new context. Art has always been a part of my life, both as creator and in experiencing others’ works. I have been an artist since I was a few years old, with my first break at age 6 when I received second place in my first coloring contest. I graduated with a degree in Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and find that an appreciation and love of art only enhances buildings, and the process of their design. I currently live and work in San Francisco.
