At The Art
Explosion, we believe that exhibiting work and interacting with the public
are key components to an individual's artistic growth. Therefore, The Art Explosion gives support to
several different exhibition opportunities throughout the year – Spring and
Fall Open Studios and 2nd Saturday gallery hours. All AE artists are welcome and encouraged
to participate in every exhibition or show at The Art Explosion.
The
galleries at The Art Explosion are truly artist showplaces. Artists and artwork are not juried,
filtered or curated at The Art Explosion – except
by the artist. The art you see is
coming straight from the source – each artist decides what to show & how
to show it. Artists are not charged
any commissions on sales. And since
the exhibition areas are integrated within the work areas, you can meet the
artist, see how they work, see other works in process, and really get to know
a piece of art before taking it home.
